The vision of the founders of Full Circle was an independent and fully philanthropic nonprofit that could focus exclusively on the preservation and development of affordable housing and the provision of services to tenants.

Focusing our acquisitions efforts on South Florida and the Midwest, Full Circle strives to acquire well-located, well-maintained properties. We also aim to provide services that afford our residents opportunities to enhance their physical and communal well-being and enhance their opportunities for educational, professional and personal growth.

Through a wholly-owned subsidiary, Full Circle made its first acquisition in February 2002 with the purchase of the Goodlette Arms Apartments, a 250-unit senior Section 8 property in Naples, Florida.

Through The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Full Circle renewed the Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) contract for a period of approximately 20 years. Full Circle immediately set about creating a comprehensive service and improvement program for the property.

Full Circle has preserved a desperately needed supply of affordable senior housing in Naples, the largest and wealthiest community in one of the wealthiest counties in the nation.

Mission

Full Circle Communities, Inc.'s mission is to become a leading provider and manager of decent, safe affordable housing and an array of supportive services. Our goal is to enable low- and moderate-income individuals and families who live at our properties to move themselves and help others move toward increasing health, independence and success.

This goal can best be realized through giving those who work at Full Circle the encouragement and opportunity to grow personally and professionally, and by recognizing and rewarding them for their growth and achievement.
