The management team and board of directors
of Full Circle Communities, Inc., are composed of individuals
with more than a century of combined experience in real estate
development, fair housing, and nonprofit management. One board
member lives within close proximity to Goodlette Arms, the
nonprofit's first acquisition, in Naples, Florida.

The two staff, Milton Pinsky and David Gottlieb,
along with Martin Pinsky, form the three permanent members
of the seven-member board. It is anticipated that after acquiring
at least two properties, Milton will scale back his acquisition
efforts on behalf of the nonprofit, and David will become
a full-time employee of Full Circle. David will work with
Banner's acquisitions department to scout out acquisitions,
and Milton will assume responsibility for the financing and
oversee the underwriting.
When properties are acquired, a team of
Banner employees will work to convert the property to the
management and reporting systems shared by Banner and Full
Circle, and David will serve as the regional manager overseeing
the day-to-day management operations. Full Circle Communities,
Inc., has the opportunity to become a leader in providing
affordable housing, and in encouraging for-profit developers
to leverage their expertise to close the well-documented affordable
housing gap in America.
