Full Circle is the result of a passionate commitment on the part of the partners of Banner Realty LLC to leverage their expertise to realize their commitment to the creation of affordable housing. They have created a non-profit corporation that will buy, manage, rehab and partner with local service agencies to offer services to the residents of its multi-family properties. Full Circle will commit 75 per cent of the cash flow from each property to providing services at that property. The remaining 25 per cent, along with the management fee (6 per cent of effective gross income), will be allocated to Full Circle for covering overhead expenses and funding a reserve for future acquisitions.

Our commitment is simple: to preserve affordable housing; to provide the means for our residents to improve their mental and physical health and their social and professional opportunities; and to commit the majority of the cash flow from each property to improvements at that property.
