Circle aims to acquire class "B" or "C"
apartment properties in Chicagoland or in Florida. However,
our acquisitions efforts will continuously seek to identify
other areas in which we feel we can successfully address the
need for the creation or preservation of affordable housing.
These apartment properties will ideally be at
least 10 years old, well-maintained with little rehab required,
and will be comprised of at least 120 apartment units. In
addition, the properties should be all cash transactions or
have debt with little or no prepayment penalty. |
