Thank you for your interest
in our Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP2) application
to the Department of Urban Development.
Any funds obtained through NSP2 will be used in conjunction
with Low Income Housing Tax Credits issued by the Illinois
Housing Development Authority and with private debt to
fund the creation of 100 units of affordable rental housing
for seniors in Wheeling, IL. At a minimum, 25% of the
units developed will be for families or individuals at
or below 50% of Area Median Income (AMI).

Any individual, group, or agency wishing to comment
on this proposed application may submit such comments
in writing on or before July 15, 2009 at 4:00 P.M. CDT.
All relevant comments will be included in our application
to HUD, and will be displayed on this website.
